A LERWICK woman admitted dealing drugs after police found the names of her customers on a collection of mobile phones in her home.
On Wednesday at Lerwick Sheriff Court, 29 year old Lesley Maclean pled guilty to being concerned in the supply of cannabis resin and amphetamine from her home at 14 Browns Road and Da Wheel Bar between 1 October 2010 and 29 February this year.
Procurator fiscal Duncan Mackenzie said when police raided Maclean’s house after a tip off they found no drugs, but a number of mobile phones were seized.
Officers interviewed several people whose numbers were on the phones and heard of around 40 instances of her dealing cannabis and between six and eight involving amphetamine, both class B drugs.
Sheriff Philip Mann deferred sentence for social work reports to be compiled, but warned Maclean that she could well end up in jail.
