News / “Shetland” @ Mareel

THE BBC Scotland drama Shetland based on crime writer Ann Cleeves’ Red Bones murder mystery will have a special preview screening at Lerwick’s Mareel on 21 November.

The drama stars acclaimed actor Douglas Henshall as detective Jimmy Perez and local thespian Steven Robertson, who plays his sidekick.

Robertson will join Cleeves on the night when the first of two installments will be shown during an evening hosted by BBC Radio Shetland’s Jane Moncrieff.

A limited number of tickets have been released for this free event and are available from 6pm on Thursday night (25 October) with a maximum of two per person from Mareel or Shetland Box Office on 01595 745555 or www.shetlandboxoffice.org or www.mareel.org.

Doors open at 6.15pm with refreshments, a screening at 7pm followed by a question and answer session.
