News / Helicopter back on dry land
THE Super Puma EC225 helicopter that ditched in the sea off Fair Isle on Monday has been returned to dry land.
The chopper arrived at Peterhead harbour on board the Olympic Zeus in the early hours of Wednesday.
The helicopter will be examined by specialists from the Air Accident Investigation Branch (AAIB) as part of its investigation into the incident.
All 19 people on board the Super Puma escaped injury.
