James Douglas, aged 29, of 26 Nederdale, and 25 year old Christopher Irvine, of 23 Cheyne Crescent, appeared from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
Both men have been charged with shouting, swearing and uttering threats at the popular leisure centre, while Douglas is charged with punching a man in the head and grabbing his clothing.
Both were further charged with resisting arrest and struggling violently with police officers at the Tesco car park.
The case has been continued without plea until 22 August.
