Letters / Fly to Faroe
LAST year we chartered a plane from Torshavn to Inverness for our tour of Scottish gardens.
Rather than having an empty plane going back to the Faroes and back again to bring us home, we decided to “sell” tickets from Scotland to the Faroes and back again at a very special price.
Everybody was so happy about this opportunity – the only negative feed back we got was that four days were too short time – so this year there will be seven days.
The flight details are:
3 July 2012
RC7932 FAE-INV 10am -11.10am – the outbound flight taking us to Scotland
RC7933 INV-FAE 12.10pm -1.20pm – your flight to visit the Faroes
10 July 2012
RC7932 FAE-INV 4.35pm -5.45pm – your flight to get back to Scotland
RC7933 INV-FAE 6.45pm – 7.55pm – this is the homebound flight taking us back to the Faroes
A return flight including all taxes and our end of the bank fees will cost Dkr 1750 – someone thought this was make believe, but this is the right price. We are not a travel agency, we are just two garden nerds who make garden tours for groups – and we only need all costs covered.
Last year’s tour was in May and there were people from all over Scotland including Shetland.

Welcome to the Faroes!
