News / Lerwick PC charged with drink driving
A YOUNG police officer working in Lerwick has been charged with driving his car to work while over the alcohol limit.
Jonathan Mustard, aged 21, whose address was given as Lerwick police station, was charged with having a count of 96 miligrammes of alcohol in his blood, just over the limit of 80, while driving at the police station, on Market Street and elsewhere on 8 October last year.
The case was continued without plea until 21 March.
