News / Shetland Wildlife tops readers’ Facebook vote

SHETLAND Wildlife’s Facebook site is the first to be nominated in a new weekly competition run by Shetland News to promote Shetland life and culture online.

Shetland Wildlife www.facebook.com/shetlandwildlife currently has 3,048 fans and brings wildlife updates to keep its fans informed of where sightings of local wildlife can be seen.

The award winning company also offers a range of tailored wildlife holidays.

Readers can nominate their favourite Facebook page or website by sending the details (hyperlink preferred) to chloe@shetnews.co.uk

Those with the most nominations will be posted on our Facebook page on Saturday and Sunday each week.

The only criteria is that nominations should be Shetland based, however non-Shetland based, not-for-profit and charitable pages and websites are welcomed if they are relevant to Shetland.
