News / Police investigate sudden deaths

POLICE in Shetland are investigating two sudden deaths in the islands over the last four days.

On Friday 33 year old Irishman James Ryan McQuade was found dead at his home in Lerwick.

On Monday 42 year old Amanda Lowe was found at an address in Hamnavoe, Burra.

Inspector Eddie Graham said that post mortems were being carried out to ascertain the cause of both deaths.
