KEY talks on reform of the Common Agricultural Policy take place in Brussels on Monday with agriculture commissioner Dacian Ciolos.

Scottish environment secretary Richard Lochhead is attending the meeting with UK environment secretary Caroline Spelman.

Mr Lochhead said he will be pushing for continued support for food production, maintaining high environmental standards and a fairer share of rural development funding.
