News / Man on sex charges gets bail

A SHETLAND man has been released on bail after appearing in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday to face charges of a sexual nature.

Michael Polson, aged 49, appeared on petition and gave his address as care of defence agent Tommy Allan. He made no plea or declaration and was committed for further examination.
