Letters / On the map
Jordan Ogg quite rightly pointed out a mistake of a geographical nature in the masthead of The National, Scotland’s new pro-independence daily newspaper (Comment: Limited geopgraphically and politically; SN 24/11/14).
He was not the only one to spot the glaring omission of Shetland from the map of Scotland.
As a result of representations to the paper, this has been corrected immediately and today’s second issue has been duly amended to show Shetland in her proper place.
